This is a great pre-teen/teen swimsuit. It's a bikini with pads in the top but modest enough to appease parents. I'd say the bottom is medium coverage

Love this swimsuit! It covers all the things I want covered and is flattering on my body after 3 kids! The thicker straps are nice and the material is sturdy enough to flatten my mom pooch! The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because I had to order another one in a larger size due to the bottoms being a little too snug. I am 5’1” and 168 lbs and I got a large for the top and an XL for the bottom.

It can be near impossible to find a bikini/ 2 piece that won't fall off you when you do some serious competition style swimming in them. This works flawlessly. I don't slip out of the bottom, and the top doesn't fold up on me. Good fit, and beautiful bright colors which are important in swimware in case of an emergency especially when you're in lakes and oceans. Try to avoid natural and dark colors so you can be easily spotted by lifeguards god forbid something happens in the water.

I wanted to love this swimsuit because the colors are so cute! But I was disappointed in the bra insert- it was bumpy/wavy/kinked and looked very distracting.
