The size, the quality of material, the way it works, everything is perfect in this kabob maker. Not too big, not too small, easy to take the kabob out ( we lined it with regular plastic wrap). Yesterday we hosted a party and made kabobs from 8 lb of meat in 25 minutes and non of them fell off the skiver (common problem for us).
