Hello all, this item looks high on paper also gives the same in practicality. We have installed this recently and it's helping us a lot and doing the expected. I would suggest for everyone who are looking for new door stoppers at home. These are very convenient and quality is good they provide screws and needed while delivering the item to you. Just need to some amount for carpenter for installation.

It does not operate smoothly. The release lever does not release the stopper smoothly and sometimes not at all. The stopper has to be lifted by foot.

Found the best door stopper. It has good rubber to stop. The looks are good. It's worth the price. Easy to install.

Stopped mechanical spring working after 2 month

The product looks great. But it holds good for a couple of months only. Post which it loses its purpose and the door bangs here and there.

Exactly 3 months it got spoilt.. the spring gasket broken and now the stopper juat does not work and has become useless ..just now worth it .. Looks decent otherwise would have given a rating 1 out 5

Ease of installation, i installed it myself in 5 mins.Very useful for me.
