Updated review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Try the Sangria! It is amazing and works so well. Disliked the coconut formula so much it nearly put me off Drybar dry shampoo all together. It was completely lacking on what it was originally designed to do. I liked the original because it was super effective but was a bit musky and I was looking for a better scent. My faith has been restored. Absolutely love the Sangria and lives up to the original formulation with a terrific fresh strawberry/ mango scent and leaves your hair wonderfully soft, full, and soaks up any oils for fresh day two hair.Old review: Coconut ⭐️⭐️I have been using Drybar detox original dry shampoo for years but I saw there was a new scent and absolutely wanted to try it. Who knew they had changed the formula so much that it is completely ineffective as dry shampoo. You might as well not use any at all. Trust me when I say stick to the original formula. This new formula does not work at all. Two stars only because I actually like the scent. Sorry Drybar this is a massive fail.

It left my hair flat and not quite greasy but clumpy like I had used too much cconditioner. Just in case - I skipped my leave-in conditioner and tried using more and shaking harder before spraying. There wasn't much improvement. But! Either I was using more than I thought, the bottle was half empty when I got it, or the nozzle broke (or all three) but it was empty / stopped working after four uses.

I am so impressed with Drybar Dry Shampoo! I’ve tried a lot of dry shampoos over the years, and this one is by far my favorite. First off, it has a light, refreshing scent that isn't overpowering, which I love. The texture of the product is really fine, so it doesn’t leave any visible residue or that chalky feeling you can get with some other dry shampoos.I have thick, oily hair, and this stuff absorbs excess oil really well, making my hair look and feel fresh, even on day three (or sometimes four!) after washing. It adds volume without weighing my hair down, which is a major plus. I’ve also noticed it doesn’t leave any buildup like other dry shampoos, so my scalp doesn’t feel gross after a few uses.One of my favorite things is its easy application—just a few quick sprays at the roots, and I’m good to go. Plus, the can lasts long, so it’s worth the price. I’ve used it in between washes for work, travel, and even before heading out for a night out, and it always delivers.

THIS IS AMAZING.!! I love the smell, just right. some people think this is strong. But no, I love it and lots of help wen not able to wash hair soon. This works really well. Thank you. order all the time.

Love the scent of grapefruit mimosa! I was so pleasantly surprised by the smell but someone actually complimented my scent at work today. They thought I was wearing perfume (I'm not) and said it must have been my dry shampoo. I asked my colleague what I smelled like (grapefruit?) and she said it was a clean/pleasant smell. It always feels nice to told you smell nice (especially at work). As far as functionality goes, I think the dry shampoo works as well as any other dry shampoo. I took off a star because the nozzle can be faulty. I got mine to start working again though.

I recently tried the number one dry shampoo, and it is absolutely to die for! The scent is simply amazing—fresh, clean, and long-lasting. Not only does it leave my hair smelling fantastic, but it also works wonders in absorbing oil and adding volume. It's perfect for those busy days when you need a quick refresh. One thing to note is that it does make your hair white for a little bit, but since I am blonde, it doesn't bother me at all. It has been my go-to for years, and I can't imagine using anything else. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an effective dry shampoo with an irresistible scent!

This seems to be a different formula. I used to swear by this stuff. This is the first bottle I’ve bought in 2025, and I hadn’t purchased in about a year. I’m not sure if the formula has changed, but there is very little decrease of oiliness after use. The old formula used to also add volume and this does not. It does smell nice, though.

don’t get me wrong, it’s perfect for travel and it it a rather nice dry shampoo but i bought it with the intent of touching up my hair at school if needed. this makes it impossible! when sprayed, it leaves a strong, lingering scent that smells nice but like a grandma and it has a very visible white cast.
