Good fun and helps with balance, posture and aches and pains
Didnt think I would take to this like a duck to water but hey....! I did. Got the hang within a few minutes. Makes me smile along with full concentration on keeping to an exercise regime that I ........wait for it........ENJOY.Does it help with my aches and pains, yes it does. It doesnt eliminate but helps loosen me up and it works for me!

Not the best purchase
Non slip surface isn’t non slip. The base of the unit is large and therefore it is extremely easy to balance upon. Bit of a waste of cash to be honest
