Totally comfy, not itchy, did not want to take off.
Feels good, its wool but not itchy. I'm usually a size 8 and I got a Medium in women's. Help kept me warm during the winter under clothes and was soft enough to just keep on. Totally breaths and is a good price. Did not want to take off.Merino.tech Merino Wool Base Layer Women Set - Lite, Midweight, Heavyweight Merino Thermal Underwear For Women Top, Bottom (Medium, 250 Charcoal Grey)

Great budget base layer
As a beginner skier in middle age, I needed appropriate layers but didn’t want to invest in expensive brands in case this hobby is short lived. This fit that description perfectly. I own 2 sets of these now. They are soft, thin and warm. They keep shape well and the elastic holds well throughout the day skiing. It fits well under snow pants and jacket. It would be nice if there were more color options but it’s a base layer so it doesn’t need to be that cute.

Love love love
I don’t have any negatives about this set (except maybe the price but it’s also worth it). These are soooo comfortable, the material quality is immaculate. They are very functional and do in fact keep you warm. Mine did not shrink at all but I think there’s a certain way you have to wash them. Mine did carry smell when I wore them for 4 days straight on my trip. Love love love

Inconsistent, but if you get a good pair this is a great base layer!
I bought multiple pairs to try the fit, softness and warmth. Found that the 250 for women was not as soft. In fact, they are prickly and itchy. But, I got my husband a 250 blue pair, it was pretty soft. Not much different to him to his 320 black. My 320 army green is super soft. Cashmere like. Very warm. Bought the 320 black, very itchy.Hate the socks. They are itchy and rough. I would rather pay cheaper price than get the socks.I bought the gaiter from same brand, hate it. They are thin and rough. Not recommended.Size is true to fit. With a small being very closed to your body. If you want some room around your midsection, size upOverall, I give 3.5 star to 4 star for inconsistency. If you happen to get a good soft pair, keep it!!! It is as good as smartwool, helly hansen and all those nice base layer.

Perfectly warm!
I bought two sets. One for my daughter and one for me (XS & M). Each of them fit us wonderfully. The sets are very well made and not very thick at all.Normally, I have to wear 3-4 layers to stay warm during winter. The first day I wore my set, it was bitterly cold (-5 Fahrenheit after windchill) and I only wore my MerinoTech and one layer of clothing over it - not including my coat, shoes, hat, etc. I was warm all day & was often in the bad weather. I was also comfortable indoors - not too warm.I live in a dry climate, so the set was quite staticky but that’s what I expected. I didn’t really notice it until I was undressing anyway, so it wasn’t causing any issues while I was active all day. It is very soft so, not only did I not notice it all day but the few times I really concentrated on how it felt, I was impressed by how comfortable and soft it was against my skin.I’m thoroughly impressed and happy with my purchase. I will likely spend the money on it again so I can have more than one set.

Great value merino wool set
My first pair of merino wool thermals, kept me warm, comfortable and stink free all through my week long Finland trip in March. Very good value for what you get including the bottom layer, top laver, and even a pair of merino socks!

soft and comfortable
I love these new merino wool under layers! I bought them as a set, in the M size and 250 weight for cold weather climate- heavy enough to wear around house or as underlayer to heavier outer layers I was concerned that they would be itchy on my sensitive skin, but so far I am so happy. The fabric is smooth and the medium size is perfect for my frame at 5'9" and 160 lbs (female). They are long enough for my tall limbs, and have a nice, reinforced cuff. Would recommend.

Poor quality cut, same manufacturing as Merinovation
Same poor quality manufacturing as Merinovation top and bottom sets. Same cheap "free" socks scheme. MUST be the same manufacturer. While the fabric quality is okay, the manufacturing and pattern is so poor, arms rail thin. I have pencil arms - 5.5" wrist and 8.5" forearm. I'm 5'5" and 120 lbs. The wrist is impossibly tight and extra long sleeves that cover and squeeze the hand. I am 5'5" tall with a 70 inch wing span, and the SMALL sleeves are too long on me, about 78". Shirt is cut boxy and square with a straight hem. Not for hourglass figures like me.The seat is nearly the same length as the stomach that I can't imagine it fitting any body type!Made in China. Smells like pesticide.I usually take a Small top and Medium bottoms The small pants would stretch to fit a Medium size easily ony in the seat, but the front stomach is cut or rise is so short that is barely comes up to the half way point between the crotch and navel. This likely only has and 8 inch front rise, super short in the back, and I need an at least 13" rise to reach my navelThe waist band is a thick tight heavy elastic band covered in the merino wool pant which is too tight because it cuts so low. For a Small size, you'd have to be a child size 10, an adult XXS, or extremely short and narrow hips. Same with the leg inseam, maybe 24 inches. While it looks like cuffs at the ankle in the photo, the "cuff" is made of the same fabric as the pant, so it doesn't snug. Essentially it's not a cuff. It's as if they pieced together the pants out of scraps or short yardage of fabric.Color is not as pictured. It looks like lovely in the photo but is drab in reality. Classic cat fishing. Poor quality, poor cut, poor color, poor manufacturing. Returning. Won't buy from this company again.Free socks that come with the product are puffy, extra thick and can only be warn as slippers around the house.
