My dad likes to take gummy vitamins over ones you have to swallow whole and he also needs ones that require folic acid and D3. It's very hard to find any gummies with D3 instead of D2, and containing Folic acid. These gummies contain both D3 and folic, the only ones ive seen so far that offers so many vitamins and minerals. The texture feels the same as any other gummy vitamins but the taste is nicer. Other orange flavoured ones taste like fake orange but these taste like proper orange juice flavour. The bottle is very easy for an adult to open.

its unusual to get a vitamin supplement which also contains omega 3 in a gummy. I find it hard to swallow tablets or capsules so prefer to have either liquid or something i can chew and these taste really nice.As they contain vegan omega 3 there is no fishy aftertaste which is a bonus and in my opinion vegan omega 3 is healthier than fish oil due to all the pollutants in the sea these days. Contains sixteen vitamins and minerals too so a good all rounder to add to a healthy diet.

Very strong taste like medicine not as pleasant as others

I’ve noticed a huge difference after a month already. More energy and also sleeping better. Noticed my skin is loads clearer. Taste lush and love the super soft texture, also for what you pay and how many you get In a tub is very good. Will keep on these.
