I have suffered lower back pain for years and finally I had a shysical therapist who figured out it was my S I Joint. She told me to get an SI Joint belt and I am so glad she did. She showed me this belt in particular and I got it. All I can say is wow what a change for me. I wear this belt when I am doing anything with a lot of bending or in a bent position for a while and it has help so much. I put it on and the pain is gone and I wear it and when I take it off I dont have all the pain I use to have.

This relieved my back pain 100 %! Worked in my yard lifting and pulling and no pain! I am a woman 5'5" and 140 1bs and my boyfriend is 6' and 195 lbs and it fit us both perfectly. I wear it under my dresses and over pants. It's barely noticeable. I feel like a new person!

I like this belt better tan past SI joint ones I've tried. A little wider.

Doesn’t really stay in place. Found myself constantly adjusting it throughout the day. Good if you’re sitting all day.

Was looking forward to getting some pain relief, however, ended up deeply disappointed and upset. I was sent an obviously used band that came in a busted box. There were crusty, white stains on various parts of the belt. Disgusting.

At first I thought write this was nice I felt relief but after 2 hours it was shifting. I had to adjust through the day multiple times I finally gave up and took it off. Guess I’ll keep looking for a better belt.
