Good for military personnel
I needed a computer to use for military websites and it works great and CAC compatible

Excellent buy for the price!
Light enough for convenient carry. Has basic RAM and SSD hard drive storage. but for the price it will easily handle the demand that my mother will ask of it. She definately wouldn't have a use for any high end laptop and she rejected the idea of a touch screen. Very pleased with the processor performance.

Dell Inspiron laptop
I bought the computer for home use. The computer was fine, but Dell sends no information with the computer. 50/50 chance of speaking with someone you can understand if you call the help line.

Crashed after 40 days
3 days after return window closed the screen went black and could not correct. No contact found for seller except research showed he owned an apartment in Flushing NY. No phone number or phone information found.

Great computer, quick shipping, but….
No backlight. Ordered for my elderly father and no backlight. I am 50 and need backlight for keyboard as well.Too hard to see and I don’t want to purchase a keyboard light to setup. Need backlight on laptops. If I didn’t know there was no backlight, I wouldn’t have ordered.
