This item is convenient for travel and hands free use. However, when ice pack is full it can be very difficult to install in pouch. The pouch opening, which does have elastic, should be larger to accommodate a ice pack full of ice.

On the road I use ice cubes from an ice cooler, but at home I use two of my ice packs from the freezer. They fit perfect and are quick to change out. The ice packs also allow for a more comfortable feel on your shoulders than the ice cubes. Well worth the money, as it's well made!

I purchased the shoulder and the elbow wrap. Both units leaked, but I decide to the keep the elbow unit because I liked the wrap design (used another ice bag). I found a review that suggested trying to reset the cap o-ring. I did, tried several times and the helped on one bag (leak a few drops) but the other dripped like crazy. I have 4-5 ices bags from CVS and another off brand for Amazon, none leak. Others have complained about leaking. QC issues? Design issue?

The reusable ice packs do not stay in place. Awkward .

This wrap is very comfortable, easy to use, and best of all, it applies cold very well to the shoulder!

This is great and no ice pads you just fill it with regular ice and empty it when you are done. Easy..

The neoprene is a great design - simple and front-and-back pouches; so I'll keep it just for that... but both bags leak (like others have reviewed) and whatever you put in the pouch can 'squeeze' out of the holes pretty easily. I'm going to just use some gel packs in there and think of a way to seal the holes so that they can be compressed a little into dem bones. They could have used some Velcro to do the job. Speaking of Velcro , their 'closures' on the wrap part have Velcro that folds - why? And where are the instructions?
