This is excellent whey protein, there's no denying that. It's ridiculous how expensive it has got. Back in 2010, this was $79 for 10lbs. It's literally doubled in price in less than 10 years. However, I have to say, it hasn't increased the last couple years. This protein is highly absorbent, and mixes very well with just about anything. It's better to spend more on quality like this versus going with cheap protein that could be processed with pure garbage.

The artificial strawberry is too potent, as in it tastes fake, with a little chalky aftertaste. It's good, just not great. My wife likes it better than I do, otherwise it would get 3 stars.

Energy booster

I've been using ON Gold 100% Whey protein for over a decade now... price has stayed relatively stable. I ration mine a bit because this isn't a cheap product, but it's still one of the top 3 post-workout whey protein powders out there. And tastes great, especially when used to make a post-workout smoothie with my special recipe (provided below 100% free to you):+ 1.5 or 2 scoops of Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein powder+ 2 cups Lactose-free Milk+ 1 ripe banana+ 5 teardrops of gym weaklings- Put the milk and peeled banana into a blender- Blend normally till smooth- Add protein powder- Add the 5 teardrops (or substitute with a dash of Cinnamon powder, that's fine too)- Blend gently till all smoothEnjoy!
