A True Game-Changer for Large Cap Traders
As an attorney who also day trades large-cap stocks, I’ve read more trading books than I can count. Most promise the world, then deliver vague theory. Day Trading Vol. 1 – Make a Living Day Trading by the Million Dollar Margin Club is different—it’s a straight-to-the-point, actionable guide that actually teaches you how to trade. The standout feature? The Beginners’ RV Strategy. I can say without hesitation that it’s a revolution for traders using the ThinkorSwim platform. This is not another “buy low, sell high” platitude. It’s a rules-based, highly visual, volatility-driven strategy that fits perfectly with ThinkorSwim’s charting, scanning, and order tools. You can set it up, execute it, and manage trades with confidence—no guesswork, no clutter. The book walks you through everything step-by-step: exact entry and exit criteria, risk controls, and even workspace setup so you can execute in seconds. As someone used to making split-second calls in high-stakes situations, I appreciate how this strategy eliminates hesitation. It’s fast, disciplined, and adaptable.Another thing I loved—the authors don’t ignore the mental side of trading. They cover discipline, patience, and staying consistent, which is where most traders fail. The mindset advice alone is worth the price of the book.Whether you’re brand new or have years of market experience, this book delivers real, usable tools—not just theory. If you trade large caps on ThinkorSwim, the Beginners’ RV Strategy will change the way you see setups and take entries.Bottom line: This isn’t just a book—it’s a blueprint for consistent, confident day trading. I’ve already integrated the Beginners’ RV Strategy into my daily routine, and the results speak for themselves.

Opended my eyes to a new way to trade
Amazing book and trading system. This really opened my eyes to an entirely different system of trading. The book is incredibly detailed and precise on exactly how this system is setup and traded. Highly recommend this for any aspiring trader!

Scalping made easy
Easy step by step book. Great if you are a beginner. Quick read. Not technical. Strongly suggests adding indicators for greater success. Worth a read. The premise is basic and advises trading in a simulation then move to low shares with cash so as to avoid emotional trading. Good recommendation for sure.

Single Best Trading Book on the Market
Keep this book, and indeed all of them, on your desk, as you will find yourself referring back to them almost daily. They are easy to read, featuring large print and straightforward content without unnecessary fluff. Follow the advice as outlined, and you will make money. The amount you earn is up to you, but as emphasized by the book and the professor, do yourself a huge favor: trade in a simulator until you are consistently profitable for at least three months, or for as long as you need. I liken this process to learning new maps in a Call of Duty video game. You must allow yourself to understand how the market moves at different times and how it reacts to news events, among other factors. Your trading account deserves the time necessary for you to become fully acclimated to day trading. I assure you, the books published by this company will serve you exceptionally well, and I have them all.

A large book
First impression - this is a large book (size wise.) This book is for the beginner and someone who is looking for a specific strategy. This is all about the RV strategy and covers the basics, the setups and walks the user thru entry and exits and includes many sample charts to illustrate scalping trades. There's also a few copies in the back of blank logs for stock selection and entry/exits for analysis. Overall a good book for someone looking for a specific strategy around scalping. Looking forward to checking out other volumes in this series.

Solid entry-level resource for range bound trading
Day Trading Vol 1 is a good entry-level resource for those curious about scalping and range trading. It provides a digestible overview of the mechanics involved and can serve as a launchpad for deeper study. It's good supplement or addition to anyone to learn this strategy. However, it is not a standalone resource for mastering day trading. Readers should supplement it with real market experience, chart/candle stick study, and more advanced texts to develop a complete skillset.

Make a Living Day Trading Volume 1 - my review.
Easy to read and understand. I am already seeing the benefits from this book and can’t wait to go on with the companion to this volume. Only way to improve it would be if you also sold chapter tabs, I improvised my own for quicker reference.Thank you.
