Great qaulity
Great quality supplement and I had my first normal cycle in a year! They don’t really smell at all.

I feel like my old self again
I was another one influenced by the ads, but I’m glad I took a chance. I’ve been struggling to regulate my emotions since my second pregnancy and I (and my husband and children, bless them) have really noticed a huge improvement after just one month. I was skeptical, but birth control was only slightly effective and this has really brought me back to feeling like my old self again. I’ve had zero side effects. I recommend!

Not for sensitive stomach
I get SO sick after taking these. At first I thought it was because I was taking them before food, but I switched it up and tried to take at different times. I wanted to love this product but if you have a sensitive stomach I would not recommend.

I was influenced!
I was influenced by a tiktok saying all these ingredients are really good for women to take regularly, and I stumbled on this product. So far, I am glad I added it to my daily supplement regimen. I didn’t think taking it for a month would do anything or if it’s the placebo effect, but it seems to mellow me out emotionally? All around, I feel better and more rested. My period has always been relatively regular, but we are also trying to conceive and my doctor said inositol might help stabilize my ovulation schedule. So I’ll take whatever help I can get!!

Helped regulate me!

Irregular periods to regular cycles!
My OBGYN recommended I take these for my PCOS. I bought it at the beginning of October. Started taking one pill a day and then 2 as instructed by the bottle. My periods were extremely irregular, before I started taking it I went almost two months without a period. Now, they’re regular and my energy levels are also much much better. I’m not doing anything different since I started taking them so it’s definitely the perelel support. I would recommend this to everyone!
