The shipping and customer service was great! My issue is the product itself!!!! This used to be the best out there but now it is the absolute worst. I have a large chicken coop and used to use this for the flies and rats to keep them under control. I put some out in November and had poor results, thinking it was an old batch I ordered another box since it wasn't in stock in my area. Received this box in a timely manner, no issues with the seller at all. Put some out for the flies and walked away to let it do its thing..... Went back to feed later on and noticed flies just sitting on the small pile I put out, thinking that was strange but left it out... Put some in the usual places for the rats and left it out as always.... Next morning expecting to find at least 1 dead rat (going by past experiences) I waited to let my chickens out for free-range time, walked around a bit but nope no dead rat, very strange but thinking maybe they just didn't come out haha.... I went to empty the dead flies out of the other container, nope not one dead fly!!!! Well, that's strange!!! Fast forward, still leaving the poison out for both flies and rats again still nothing, but seeing signs of rat activity and of course flies around...... I spilled some while my chickens were at my feet and chickens being chickens immediately ran for it and started pecking, I know they consumed some before I could get them away and get it cleaned up, I was nervous that I would end up with at least one dead chicken (I know how strong this stuff is) keeping an eye on my chickens for a little while, nothing (happy with that part)!!!! My chickens ate it, my quail eat it, the rats ate it, the flies partied on it and nothing!!!! I don't know what changed but this stuff is useless!!!!! Just take your $70.00 and burn it if you want to just throw away money or buy something else!! Very disappointed :(

I don't know what "Warmth" and "Thickness" even mean... All I care is this stuff gets rid of flies!I generally gather up the dog poop in the back yard in a used shopping bag, and sprinkle some of this stuff in the bag and leave it on top of the garbage can, opened up... The flies seem to disappear by the next day! At the very least, they are dramatically less prevalent at my house!
