It is weighted and sturdy. It is also nice to adjust the height.

The oil rubbed bronze matches my fixtures in my bathroom real well.

I like this toilet paper holder - it is pretty, the base is solid and heavy and it was easy to assemble. The part I'm not super excited about is how easily the top separates from the base. I understand it is supposed to come apart for those who want to store extra TP on the pole. I don't plan to do. Our TP holder gets moved around fairly often; it is SUPER easy to pull off the entire top if you're not paying attention or don't know that it actually does come apart. Not sure I'd call it a design flaw, but this part of the design could be improved upon.

Perfect for our guest powder room. This was easy to assemble and very sturdy. Not sure guests will instinctively know how to remove the holder to retrieve a spare roll so might have to keep an eye on how much remains and change it yourself when low. Otherwise, very happy with this purchase and would buy again.

Such a pretty product but internal gasket on the central pole broke the first week of use. During the second month of use the top and paper arm keep disconnecting and there is no mini Allen wrench to fix it. Would really like a replacement or refund despite my refund window closing last month please.
