I have been using this pair of 8-straps for pulling exercises, mostly deadlifts. They do a great job and helps pull more weight and the difference of pull with and without is noticeable. I recommend it for major deadlifts only and work your grip strength for the lift with sometimes trying without the 8-straps. It fits great! It is comfortable and makes lifting easy. Provides additional wrist support.

My deadlift reps increased highly bcz of these straps, the grip is so good, that if I do heavy weights without it, my arms are easily tired. So heavily recommend this if u want to target your back instead of ur arms and keep the load of for more reps. Once u get a hold of it, the design is also quite comfortable with comparison to manual straps which take time to wrap around.

Using this over 1 year now and still doing its job. I have used it to support me at lifts over 200+kg I just feel its a slightly loose fit. I compensate by adding a twist to the loop.
