How to Write the Perfect CV: Practical Guide with Examples Paperback – September 1, 2012

This book gives an overall perspective of a CV but there are some spelling errors and it could be more specific. Despite this, the book does prove to be useful for a beginner.

I was expecting more out of this book. The resume example were not detailed. It really did not give me insight on how to write a winning CV. There were a lot of misspelled words and grammar error. I would not recommend this book to others.

This book is poorly written. The 5-star reviews must have come from this author's friends. The fact is the information is not particularly useful nor is it well written. The author uses poor sentence structure and word choice and overuses commas. Seriously, if you're going to write you should know how to or hire a good editor.

Was updating my CV for a job and read this book. It is nicely written with practical tips. Helped me remove some unwise additions from my CV.

This book is well written and easy to read!! I downloaded it during an offer and don’t understand the one-star review, maybe a competitor? I never thought that such a cheap book could be so helpful.

This book is a comprehensive source of insight into the CV writing technique. It includes many detailed samples of CV and presentation letters that have helped me to correct some mistakes that I have been making for years.

It really wasn't very helpful, I would have preferred templates, which it said there were, but they were not useful.

Very nice book to learn how to do a CV.

A little too simplistic for me. Would be perfect for someone who has never created a CV before.
