Great supplement!
I’ve been taking Sports Research K2 along with their D3 4000 IU together for about a year now and it makes my doctor very happy. They both have many benefits to them and I feel great! You can also get them together as 1 pill but I had already started D3 so I then added K2. The pills are really tiny which makes them very easy to swallow plus you just need 1 pill per day. There is no smell or taste at all plus the price is right.

Capsules are Easy to Take
Sports Research® Multi-Spectrum Vitamin K has become a staple in my daily routine. I love that it includes a full spectrum of Vitamin K1 and K2 (MK-4 + MK-7), which supports both heart and bone health. The addition of organic coconut MCT oil helps with absorption and gives it a clean, natural feel. It’s also vegan certified, non-GMO, and gluten-free, which gives me peace of mind about what I’m putting into my body. The softgels are easy to take and don’t upset my stomach. Excellent quality from a brand I trust—highly recommended!

Great quality
I'm a repeat customer for Sports Research supplements. I love that their products are 3rd party tested, non-GMO and I think vegan (not positive about that). They use coconut oil instead of seed oil. They use vegetarian capsules instead of bovine. I like that the dosage is 100 mcg. Many brands use much higher dosage. From what I've read, less is more when it comes to K2. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. Of course, no one REALLY knows if any of the supplements we take do anything, but I feel good about this brand and plan on continuing with them.

Great product but package design change...
This is a great supplement to pair with Vitamin D3 and I think Sports Research makes an excellent quality product. However, they recently changed the packaging design for the worse. While it's visually stylish, the bottle is less compact and a bit harder to open. I hope they'll consider going back to the old form factor while keeping the sleek newer graphic design -- best of both worlds.

Great quality product
Sports Research makes excellent quality supplements. I have used K2 alone and another one that they make which is K2 and D3 together. My calcium levels are good, according to my bloodwork. I have not had any upset stomach and they are easy to swallow.

This product reduced plaque in my arteries
I wrote this review about 5 years ago. Today I am still healthy with 2 Stents in my LAD and my arteries clear of Calcium. I even took a Full Force Treadmill Stress Test in my effort to renew my FAA physical to get back to flying small airplanes. This product really works. I have only one complaint, to remove Calcium Plaque or to cure Osteoporosis, you need to take ten of these capsules each day. One or two has no effect. If you search EBAY.uk you will find sellers of 365 Vitamin K2, 500mcg tablets for only $35 dollars. It is time this retailer sold a larger bottle of a higher dose of Vitamin K2 for the same price. This product removed plaque from my arteries. Two years ago I experienced a burning sensation in my chest. It was midnight and the wife and I had just watched a movie on TV and were preparing for bed. My age is 78 years old. My wife drove me to the emergency room of our local hospital. The doctor had been a cardiac nurse at the same hospital and recognized the symptoms as a possible blockage of my heart arteries. She sent me up to the Cardio ward and the next morning I was taken into the Catheterization Lab. The surgeon went into my heart via a vessel in my arm. Injecting dye he could see a major blockage in the LAD artery. The one called the 'Widow Maker." Calcium and cholesterol plaque had created an area of inflammation beneath the plaque and the inflammation (think of a pimple or a cyst) had erupted and the gunk from the infection was almost totally blocking the blood flow in my LAD artery. If you look up the symptoms of LAD blockage you will find the usual first symptom is 'SUDDEN DEATH.' I was one lucky guy. Thank God for my astute ER Doctor. Only the strong pulse with every beat of my heart was forcing blood by the blockage. The doctor was amazed and told me I was lucky to be alive. He installed two stents to force the gunk into the artery wall. He explained he would prescribe medication that would wash the gunk out of the artery and I would continue my life. He also noted that two other major arteries were blocked he estimated 60% and 65%. He said he couldn't install stents there until the blockage reached 75% or until one of the two caused a heart attack. That bothered me. I asked what I could do to reduce the plaque, he said there was nothing I could do to reduce the plaque but taking a Statin drug and living a healthy life would prevent the blockage from increasing. Not satisfied with that answer I went on a search of the internet and found a lot of information. YouTube was the number one source. There I found cardiologist who were not practicing consensus medicine dictated by the drug companies. Many recommended Vitamin K2 mk7, others recommended All Natural Vitamin C. I decided to try both. A friend recommended I obtain a calcium score. When I asked my cardiologist for a Calcium Score prescription he told me I was wasting my money. The Catheterization Xray film was proof my Calcium Score would be extremely high. After taking the two supplements for 6 months I asked my cardiologist again for a prescription. This time he gave me one, but with the caution that to expect an extremely high score. I went in for the procedure and two days later my cardiologist called. He said he had my score. I asked was it extremely high? He said no. But, he said it was elevated. My score was 940. Extremely high would have been above 2,000. He would not credit either supplement with my success. He doubted the accuracy of the Calcium Score but could not remember when he had ever doubted the results in the past.Today, my friend who is the same age and shares a similar life style came by. His Calcium Score two years ago was a little above 3,500. He had also taken the two supplements for 8 months. Today he got the results of a recent Calcium Score. he was down to 2,200, a 25% reduction in arterial plaque. A cause for celebration and continuing taking this Natural Vitamin C and this Vitamin K2 mk7 with Vitamin D.

Take it with your Vitamin D3
I have bought this Vitamin K2 (MK7) for awhile - it goes hand in hand with my vitamin D3 (same brand). I like the brand. I try to catch it on sale. Very easy to take due to the small size. No horrible taste. Helps support my immune system. Will buy again soon.
