The ladder is great, light weight, easy to handle, set up and carry around. Compared to others on the market, great value for the money. I only have one grip, not on the ladder but on the shipping. My home does not have a USPS shipping address. The last leg of the shipping was through USPS. They would not deliver to my home even though they had the physical address. Did not know this. Amazon did send me a message to tell me there was a problem. I had to call USPS and make arrangements to pick it up at the delivery warehouse. USPS did not contact me. They would have held it for a day and sent it back as non-deliverable had I not called them due to Amazons message. They need a USPS address to deliver. Just something to know.

I love this ladder. So much lighter than the last one I had like this. Easy to move, but in trunk of my vw when I have to take it somewhere to help a friend. I am a big guy and it is rated to carry my weight and more

Gave it a 3 star rating because it's not designed for easy and quick use. This product is bulking and heavy! Although the ladder looks small and light in picture. There's no stopper on the end so if you pull too hard to extend, the base pops out and putting it back on takes time and aligning. Frustrating. Do not recommend using on stairs (as shown in ad) as it is unstable/uneven. The outer release/lock knobs are hard to pull and push in - be careful. It has to "click" in place to be safe for use. Overall, it is very sturdy once everything is set up correctly.

I bought this because it was the best priced 4-step ladder on Amazon. I was anxious that it wouldn’t feel safe after reading some of the reviews, but overall I’m very pleased with my purchase. I’m 125lbs so my experience might be different from someone who is larger and looking for something with more heft. I was cautious about using the top step, but because I’m 5’1” I ultimately needed to use it. With a little stabilization from the window I was at I felt confident standing on the top step. If you want a relatively inexpensive ladder that folds up easily, this is the one for you.

I'm not a firefighter.I'm a girl who paints my house a lot.I moved into a new house that has really high ceilings, so I needed a high ladder. This one was high, in budget, and flooded my search results. Alright, let's do this.*Deep breath*First of all, maybe this should have gotten two stars because constructing it was pretty basic and there were no problems there. But I have to buy a different ladder so I'm sticking with one star.I paint bare foot. I pull up my hair, put on a tank top and yoga pants, then go to town. You can not use this ladder bare foot. It's liking climbing bamboo. It hurt my feet. The rungs are rounded and narrow. Ouchie.The top does not have a landing shelf. It has metal round hinge thingies. No where to set my paint rag, no where to set my hand bucket and cutting brush. So now I'm unbalanced--due to the rounded rungs--and there is nowhere to put my stuff. Discomfort ensued.I had to use the top heights and lean while doing so. Although I didn't fall to my death, there was some wobbling that wasn't comforting.All and all, not a ladder for a girl painting her house. It could be your ladder if you wear shoes, don't need to put your stuff anywhere, and don't mind wobbling.
