The weight of this bad boy is perfect. It's heavy enough to ensure the feeling of getting a solid workout, not just jumping rope for recreational purposes. The Jump Rope is so solid and sturdy, and you don't lose any of that when making adjustments to your height. I spent 20 good minutes cutting its length with scissors according to my height. Instructions are easy to follow. Just remember not to cut too much off at once. A little at a time, and it doesn't have to be perfect; It just feels so great when it is within the 1-3 inch range of your height's sweet spot. I've never had an exercise Jump Rope that feels like it was custom-made for me. Workout wise, I do sets of 30 intense seconds, for for at least 5 sets. Then after a day or so of rest, I increase the time of each set.

I haven’t even used them yet. But I am so GOTDa**m happy with this jump rope it ain’t even funny. The mere feel of the handles is GREAT. I was wondering how pvc could be flexible enough to be free flowing cuz I’ve never had one. That part is GREAT! I did a couple of rotations just to get a feel. Aw man I dig this piece of equipment. SO happy I found #elitejumps on YouTube. And for the app and stuff. I love jumping rope and all I see is a great future with them. The 1 year warranty doesn’t hurt either! I will DEFINITELY be purchasing more in the not so far future to have a variety. I didn’t think I really needed the cut tool. But I don’t mind getting that too. These are certainly long enough to have to cut down. I’m 6’5 and I am appreciative of the extra slack they have so I can cut them appropriately. Thanks a LOT! Sturdy. Excellent grip but still comfortable. The action of the bearings is very smooth. The material used in the rope itself is very abrasion resistant. This is my first weighted rope so I might be biased, but it’s been awesome so far. Had it for about a month.

I bought this because I wanted a weighted rope for training Muay Thai and that’s just what it is. Solid built rope only downside I had was shortening it. Didn’t come with great instructions so I tried using a smaller screwdriver, well that didn’t work. The screw is very small but uses a standard #2 screwdriver. Once I watched a YouTube video on it making it the right size was no problem. Total weight is 3lbs each handle being 1.5lbs. Gives you a great workout as long as you are using it on a smoother surface. I would not recommend using it on concrete as it will start to wear the rope down. Great training equipment for building strength and bringing your jump rope to whole new level!

Excelente Jump rope, amazing color easy set up or cut, really hwavy material the only thing is the grip is pretty hard and the first day make a blister in my index finger but now im fine just happend one time highly recomended and a extra cool is the rope say Muay Thai jajaja

For the price, I expected better screws. When adjusting the rope size, 3 small screws have to be removed. However, these screws arrive as if it’s already been stripped. As other reviewers have stated, the small screws are difficult to remove and to put back in place.
