I work with elementary and middle school kids, I am a COTA so I got this for work. My kids love following the pattern cards, as well as, coming up with their own patterns. The blocks are great quality and are nice, bright colors. It comes with a draw string bag to keep everything in if you choose to do away with the box. From the COTA standpoint, this is a great way to improve visual motor skills and fine motor skills.

I was so pleased with this set! Lots of fun building patterns with different levels of skill. Also came with a convenient cinch bag, not that you need it though because it is a very thick and sturdy cardboard box. Wooden pieces and plenty of variety for 2-3 people to be building at the same time.

My kids ages 3-7 absolutely LOVE these wooden pattern blocks. I watch them make so many amazing connections in their mind as they discover different ways to combine the shapes. The creativity they spark is amazing. I enjoy playing with them myself. They are just that fascinating. The shapes are designed perfectly sized so that two trapezoids are the same size as the hexagon and you can put the triangle together to make a trapezoid or a hexagon. I love how the pieces all interlock perfectly with one another. It makes fascinating designs.I bought the set to go with my Saxon math as a manipulative and I was so happy the the pieces are the same size to perfectly fit the patterns that Saxon uses.The box comes with a few example pattern cards for ideas, but the pieces are also compatible with free online printable shape patterns. I have laminated pattern cards to make them durable and carry them around with the box of shapes.

Great open ended toy . The cards with examples are too small, other than that great for learning and imaginary play.

Wonderful kit. Packaging is beautiful, cards are small enough for little hands yet clear enough for little eyes. So glad I went with this product rather than the other one I was considering.

My son loved this and found the patterns easy enough to follow. It still challenged him in good ways and he felt accomplished when completing each puzzles. It’s nice to be able to have on a rainy day and there is enough variety that you can have more than one child working with them at the same time. Plan to gift this to others in the future!

This was purchased for my granddaughter as a future gift. The wooden pieces are smaller than I thought they would be but are perfect for little hands and it comes with a handy storage bag.

These are fun but when I attempted to clean them I noticed that the paint rubbed off. That is a concern but my daughter still likes to play with them and create funny patterns.
