Good inexpensive dress up for your wheels to cover ugly black rubber valves. Most of these are plastic unless you pay a lot more for metal ones, so probably will need to periodically replace them.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Very cheap did not work for my application

They are definitely NOT high-quality stainless steel or high hardness or high temperature resistant as described on their product page.They are made with thin cheap plastic and a thin chrome coating.I would have given this item more stars if they had described it as it truly is.The stem covering did not fit with my wheel rim. That's ok, because I only wanted the caps anyway.The caps fit good and look good.I was able to easy break the valve covering with little pressure from a pliers demonstrating it is not high hardness.It cracked like plastic.Stainless steel would have bent.It instantly caught on fire when I put a lighter close to it demonstrating it is not high temperature resistant.So while it may be an acceptable cheap plastic cap for my tire, they flat out lied about the product in their description.

These were said to fit, but they don't. I was able to use the caps though. For the cost you can't be too upset.

Fit great looks great

These stem covers and caps are made of thin chrome plated plastic, not stainless steel. They are very light, so are unlikely to affect wheel balance. The set has 5 of each (stem and cap) cover, so the 5th would be useful if you have a spare tire on display, like on the back of a jeep.They do seem somewhat cheaply made, so I'm a little concerned about longevity. Time will tell.They're fairly cheap and look nice once installed, just don't buy these expecting stainless steel.
