What size does this unfold to?

This tote unfolds to approximately 19 & 1/2 inches wide & 16 inches long. It is really light and can be carried in briefcases and handbags. The price is so good that have bought it in all patterns through Amazon and other local stores. Use it for all shoppings!!

Is this product made of plastic or cotton? Or?

Not plastic or cotton. Not sure what it is but it is silkyish. Great bag for carrying with you for when you need s bag.

What is the measurement of the bag?

I bought this as a gift for a friend who needed this shopping bag. As I recall it's a large tote bag when unfolded. My guess is 16 X 19 inches.

Are the handles long enough to put on your shoulder? I don't see a drop length for the handles.
