lampshade4room Light shade Diffusers (25cm Frosted Diffuser)

Would have preferred not to have a hole in the middle because where I’m sat I can still see the strong glow of the bulb and that annoys me. It’s why I bought this product.Easy to cut unlike what some say. Just put your lampshade on it. Draw round the inside of the lampshade with a pencil. Remove lampshade. Cut just outside the line. Put inside shade. Remember the shade will have changed position so rotate the disc around until it finds the position you drew from. If you don’t you will believe it needs more cutting and will mess it up.4 stars as it does the job but is way over priced.

The product did not fit my ceiling shade. Kept falling off.Requested a return.Had to pay 6 pounds minimum to return the product. One third of the actual price of the diffuser only to return it. Not happy at all.Update: not only I had to pay 6 pounds to return the item (postage), but the seller didn't even refund the full price (18.29). They decided to refund only 14 pounds!!! The item wasn't damaged as it came out of the box and back in after seeing it kept falling off. Very disappointed!

This does exactly as described. Mine was a few millimetres larger than 45cm. Tried to trim with my scissors but was too difficult. Tried a really strong pair of toe nail clippers which worked a treat and fits perfect now. Although I thought item was a bit pricey for a piece of plastic. It is definitely worth it to remove the glare from the light bulb.

Arrived quickly and works fine as described and shown in picture. I don't see why this product should cost so much though, aside from the fact that it seems to be the only option available on amazon. Looking further into it now, the material is a relatively cheap PVC which can be bought as a consumer for about £1.20, so paying another £10 for cutting and postage seems a bit dear to me.

I was expecting some hassle, trimming, cutting, gluing, something DIY to get a diffuser into my light shade that isn't designed for one, but it popped right in and stayed there. It looks great and no more bare bulb through the bottom

Just what I needed. Only wish the packaging didn't look like I was being sold something that was already used.

This would have been 5 stars but they were slightly too big and had to be trimmed down to fit which was fiddly and took some time. They now look great and diffuse the light exactly as we wanted.

Simple solution to the glare of an exposed bulb. Works brilliantly with philips hue light bulb
