My previous dryer went bang so needed a new one quickly. Amazon being the best place to get one after trying locally. Arrived quickly and ahead of predicted time. Dries fast. Not as noisy as the previous one. Very easy to use. Couldn’t be happier

So far compared to my heat pump dryer, this one dried extremely quickly, and the company (AO) kept me updated every step of the way, the delivery guys were extremely helpful and very polite, 5 stars for the machine and for the company that sold it
