I have always trusted Traditional Medicinals to provide quality organic teas, and this Nettle Leaf is no exception. It has a nice flavor, and I leave mine in for a bit, adding warm water atop to freshen it up. It gets a very nice deep green color after some time in, and has a soft and yet robust mineral flavor. Overall I am happy with this tea as well as most of the products from TM!

When I have a scratchy throat or feel a cold coming on I drink Nettle Tea. I gave this tea to many friends and it helps prevent colds. I add tea, I always have it in my tea drawer.

So good! Smells great, light brown in color, I love the taste!

I was trying this nettle tea because I read it was good for histamine intolerance. The flavor is mild and pleasant. I understand it is also good for the kidneys. After drinking it for a week, I realized it was causing me to get up in the middle of the night every night to urinate, sometimes twice, and I was only drinking one cup in the morning.

Don't know it's potency yet as I had this for a week now. Hope this is helpful.
