Best prenatal for Hashimoto’s hands down!
Best prenatal I’ve tried, and I’ve tried a few! This is the best one for Hashimoto’s because it doesn’t have iodine. I do a pinch of iodized salt in my water or in my food once a day and that doesn’t bother my thyroid near as much. I was having swelling in my thyroid everytime I tried any prenatal with iodine. This one did give me some anxiety at first so I started slow and broke it up in half. I read that the methylated forms can be a strong sometimes because it doesn’t need to be broken down by your body, so starting slow seemed to best. So far no digestive issues, gives me a little energy, and only one pill a day! Also love that it has no iron and that it can be added when and if needed.

The Perfect Prenatal Vitamin for Those Sensitive to Iron and Iodine!
I've been using the Best Nest Wellness Mama Bird Prenatal Vitamin for several months now, and I am so glad I found this product! As someone who is sensitive to iron and iodine, it’s been challenging to find a prenatal vitamin that meets my needs without causing any discomfort. This iron-free and iodine-free formula is exactly what I was looking for. The ingredients are top-notch, with Methylfolate as the form of folate, which is much easier for the body to absorb and utilize. I love that this product uses high-quality, bioavailable nutrients, which gives me peace of mind knowing that I’m getting the best possible nutrition for myself and my baby. The vitamins are easy to swallow and don’t have any unpleasant aftertaste, which is a big plus for me. I also appreciate that they are free from synthetic fillers and additives, making them a clean and healthy choice. I’ve noticed that my energy levels are more stable since taking these, and I feel confident that I’m supporting my pregnancy with the right nutrients. If you’re looking for a high-quality prenatal vitamin without iron or iodine, I highly recommend the Best Nest Wellness Mama Bird Prenatal Vitamin. It’s a fantastic option for anyone with specific dietary needs or sensitivities, and the thoughtful formulation really makes a difference.

Had baby at 39, took before during and after and baby is super healthy and perfect.
Have been using these for the past 2 years. Took them before getting pregnant, took them while pregnant, and now taking them postpartum while breast feeding. I’m 40 years old so had my baby late but he turned out perfect. He is in the top 10 percentile of development in every area and super healthy and smart. No health issues and I seriously attribute it to best nest prenatal. I also took the dha and the mineral powders daily. This is an authorized selling tool, I verified it with best nest.

Clean and Healthy Ingredients
Mama Bird Prenatal Multi+ has been my daily non‑negotiable ever since our fertility and OB‑Gyn team okayed it for our IVF prep. One capsule with breakfast—alongside their Prenatal DHA—and I can check off methylfolate (no synthetic folic acid), a hefty 100 mg of choline, gentle iron, and a full B‑complex in forms my body actually absorbs. Even on injection evenings, they go down smoothly and haven’t stirred up any nausea or weird aftertaste. What really sells me is the ingredient roster: no artificial colors, fillers, or “natural flavor” surprises, plus it’s gluten‑ and soy‑free. My latest bloodwork finally showed healthy folate and B12 levels, and I’ve felt a steadier energy curve instead of the mid‑afternoon crash I got with my old prenatal. Gripes? Price first—about forty dollars for a month’s supply, and that’s before adding the DHA. It also comes in a fairly bulky plastic bottle; sturdy for travel, sure, but I’d love a glass option or refill pouch to cut waste (and maybe shave a few bucks). Lastly, because each bottle lasts only 30 days, remembering to reorder on time feels like another IVF chore. Overall, though, the clean formula and doctor approval make the splurge worthwhile. If you’re chasing peace of mind and top‑tier ingredients for a future little one, Mama Bird is an easy pick—just be ready to budget for it.
