Wait, laptop coolers actually work?
I used to think laptop coolers were all show and no substance. I assumed they just added RGB lighting and fan noise without actually cooling anything. But the Llano laptop cooler completely changed my opinion. This cooler consistently drops my gaming temps by around 20°C. Before using it, my laptop would hit 90°C+ during intense gaming sessions. Now, it stays closer to 70°C, even during longer play sessions. That’s not just a minor improvement—it’s a huge difference for both performance and hardware longevity. The build quality is solid, and the fans actually move a significant amount of air. It has multiple speed settings and covers the full base of my 16” laptop. The airflow is noticeable, and you can feel the hot air being pushed out rather than just stirred around. If you care about protecting your laptop’s internals and keeping temps under control, this cooler is a gamechanger. It’s not just a gimmick, it’s a worthwhile investment. Also to all the folks out there saying you have to push the button super hard to get it on, its timer based haha. Just hold your finger on it for like 2-3 seconds and it will turn on and off.

Highly recommended
I've bought many laptop coolers similar to this and none of them have been half is good as this one lasted half as long as this one, nor has any of them been as quiet as this one. If you turn the button all the way up, it does get what's something? Some noise, but nothing that cannot be tolerated If you're gaming.

It really works
This cooler is very powerful and significantly reduces temperature while gaming, but the price of this effectiveness is noise, it's very loud. I use it on low speed and it can lower the temperature by ten degrees! I haven't tried higher speed yet. So it works as advertised, compared with traditional coolers, which can give only a few degrees of temperature drop. I recommend it, if you can accept the fan noise.P.S.: It fits to my 18 inches laptop, but I had to modify slightly memory foam to fit to laptop fan vents.

Works with 2024 16" Lenovo legion 5 slim and 2024 15.6" HP victus
The hp victus does technically work great, but is on the very bottom end of what I would put on here for size, the laptop only has maybe 1/4" of an overlap around the sides and back for that gasket, should work just fine in the long run but is the smallest I would comfortably use. I can't say if the smaller unit would line up correctly with the vents or not, but this does work.The2024 16" Lenovo legion slim 5 fits a bit better, vents are clear and we get good airflow.Fan while not exactly quiet, isn't offensive and mostly blends in with background noise and any other fans you may have in the room. I do appreciate having the dust filter. It won't catch anything super fine but will definitely keep out larger guff and animal hair. The hp did see a good few degrees drop in temps with pad set to 1100 rpm. The Lenovo has a better cooler out of box and only saw a couple degrees drop in my work loads, but I don't stress the system so that's not surprising. What this did fix was my system fans randomly ramping up and down as the crap OEM fan control software fails to keep temps consistent. With this cooler I was able to keep my laptop at a steady 70 degrees with a consistent and easy to forget about low hum of noise. It's cheap, and made of plastic but isn't offensive, same as any other laptop cooler pad, but this one actually works, for 80$ only way to make one perform better is to pay allot more money on noctua fans and better materials to make one yourself. Unless you have system fans laying around and the tools to do it, you can't beat this for $80. Will absolutely continue to use this with my laptop.

I wanted the most powerful cooler, and I think I found it.
Compared my cooler to my coworkers while we were both on the production floor. While this one required external power (not laptop USB power), my laptop stayed cool, kept running well, and maintained speed. My coworkers laptop overheated by lunch, and after spending lunch hour in the refrigerator overheated again by three pm. The integrated filter is a nice touch - would be really great if there was a higher quality filter option as well. I do have to admit, this unit has enough power to lift my laptop a bit on full speed.

Don't Waste Your Money: This Laptop Cooler is Hot Garbage
I bought this Laptop Cooler hoping to alleviate the chronic overheating issues plaguing my gaming laptop. The pictures promised a cool and quiet solution, but what I got was a noisy, ineffective piece of plastic that made my situation even worse.First, let's talk about the "cooling" aspect. This thing barely makes a dent in my laptop's temperature. I ran tests before and after using the cooler, and the difference was negligible – maybe a degree or two Celsius at best. That's not enough to prevent thermal throttling or improve performance in any meaningful way.Second, the noise! This cooler sounds like a jet engine taking off. The fans whine and rattle, creating a constant drone that's incredibly distracting and annoying. I tried adjusting the fan speed, but even on the lowest setting, it's still louder than my laptop's built-in fans. Forget trying to game or watch a movie with this thing running – it's a complete auditory assault.Third, the build quality is atrocious. The plastic feels cheap and flimsy, and the whole thing wobbles precariously on my desk. The adjustable height settings are a joke – they're wobbly and don't stay in place. I'm constantly worried that the cooler is going to collapse and damage my laptop. In short, this laptop cooler is a complete waste of money. It doesn't cool effectively, it's incredibly noisy, the build quality is terrible, and the ergonomics are awful. Do yourself a favor and avoid this product like the plague. You're better off using a stack of books to prop up your laptop – at least that won't make you want to throw it out the window.
