Great quality, great customer service. I ordered 2 embroidered patches. Simple jpg sent. From those jpg they made exactly what I was looking for. The look was perfect, but the colors were off on one of them. I contacted the support team, they responded quite quickly, corrected the issue and sent replacements. Highly recommend!

The finished product I received looks nothing like the quality of the patches in the seller's photos or the customer review photos. They changed the font for my company logo, but worse, the letters are all crooked and uneven. It looks like a child made these. No offense to children, of course. Plus, the size was supposed to be a 2" square, but instead the patch is 2.6" wide and 2.3" tall. So it's not even a square. I waited a month for these patches and I am so, so disappointed in the quality. I doubt I will get a response from the seller or a refund.

I ordered an embroidered patch to attach to the front of a hat. Unfortunately, the first order was not made correctly due to some miscommunication. The seller later acknowledged that they had missed some of the details I wrote in the notes section. However, their customer service was absolutely outstanding. The seller was extremely kind, took full responsibility, and kindly remade the patch for me. The replacement turned out perfect — the embroidery quality is excellent, and the craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate how professionally and generously the seller handled the situation. Because of the quality of the product and the excellent service, I would highly recommend this seller. One small suggestion for future buyers: when ordering a custom patch, make sure to confirm all design details with the seller via email or messages before production to ensure everything is exactly how you want it. Overall, a great experience and a seller I would gladly order from again.

Amazon took down my first review with pics and more details so I'll keep it short and unfortunately can't provide substantiating pictures. First, I think this was drop shipped which is a negative since it came from Jamacia, NY, a major port of entry and may not directly supporting a small business. Second, the patch itself came out fine. Not absolute perfection but had that been what I wanted, I would've been satisfied. It did have a few loose threads but nothing major though had this been a huge bulk order for something not silly, I'd question longevity and value. My main issue is in my custom description, which the photo to convert was of a sitting cat. I indicated this was to be put in the pocket of a shirt and to include the head and mid chest which the reference pic included plenty of chest. The patch only included the head which was bigger than expected (since the overall patch size remained the same but didn't include the body). so definitely not usable for my application. I did not receive any proofs or comms ahead of time for approval, though that was not necessarily expected. It was cut to size and the conversion was fine though I think she looks kinda dopey compared to the original, possibly due to the line thickness on the mouth, but the design is growing on me (just a little). Again, I can't use this for a shirt but will find somewhere to stick them rather than go to waste.
