could i use them in an air popper or would i have to wait til the popcorn is down and then put it on the popcorn?

It's put on after popping the popcorn. I didn't think it had much flavor. I would not use it again.

Are they vegan and oil free?

I am not sure about Vegan, They say they are natural, and they use Soy Bean Oil.. I love the flavors..I also use the flavors on Oatmeal

will these stick to pre-made popcorn like vic's?

it wont stick well, I shake as I go.
