The Papertowels don't blow around, as the lil arm keeps them in place. This will cost you more $$ but totally worth it! I bought the white one to match anywhere I bring it. I love this paper towel holder with convenient cleaning sprayer in the center. It looks beautiful, functions decent and holds the paper towels nicely however I wish it had more weight in the bottom of it. When you put a new roll on, you need 2 hands - one to hold the holder and the other to pull the paper towel. After using the roll a few times, it works great with 1 hand but then towards the end of the roll, you need 2 hands again. Other than that, I like how the sprayer locks in, it's stable (aside from it needing more weight) and the tension on the paper towels is good.
