I bought two jars of pickle from Jolkhabar, expecting an authentic Bengali taste, but I was very disappointed. The flavor felt artificial, especially the tanginess, which seemed like it was from added chemicals, not natural ingredients. The chili pickle was also not good; it was mostly seeds and didn’t have the right balance of flavors. Overall, it tasted like any regular market pickle and didn’t meet my expectations. Not recommended.
