Serves its purpose
Serves its purpose. Formatted with a semi flexible but hard cover. I like that because it makes it more durable. Also has a larger print and large spaces for writing.

This is invaluable for anyone thinking about planning their end-of-life and financial needs
I got 2 of these, one for my husband and one for me. We filled them out and gave one to two of our sons who are executors of our estate for safe-keeping. The information requested was all-inclusive and will give my children a no-guess guide to our final wishes. It also gives medical personal instructions info reguarding end-of-life requests, i.e. -DNR CODE wishes, ect. Invaluable and no-nonsense.

Great for planning ahead...just needs a couple of tweaks
I really like this book a lot, as it helps give me some peace of mind that most of my vital information will be in one place if/when my family needs it.My only real disappointment with it and the reason for 4 stars vs. 5, is that the boxes for writing account numbers, etc., are quite small and can be hard to fit all of the information into the spaces provided. Also, in addition to not having a page for life insurance (not a biggie; the information can be added on a blank page at the front of the book), there really should be a section devoted to pets. I have several little furbabies and, in an emergency, would want someone to know who their veterinarian is, and who to contact at the rescue should they need to be boarded or (heaven forbid) surrendered.Overall, though, really nice book that everyone should probably have.

Good idea
Great book. My husband passed last year and there were things I had to do for the estate. It made me realize my children need to have this information handy. Easy to complete personal information. Highly recommend

Everyone needs one of these
Well laid out. The author has thought of everything. Whether you are young or old, this information needs to be readily avaiable in case of illiness, accident or death. It's also great to have all your information in one place for your own use. Do yourself and those who care for you a break. Get one and fill it out.

Important information in one place.
I am copying the pages of course. A friend just went through a situation with none of this info available. Subpoenas are expensive and time consuming, and this person may be required to get them for a lot of the data this book collects. All this data needs to be in a very secure single place and this book is a great way to accomplish that.

Ok but missing space to put life insurance info
Ordered several years ago, just now getting around to filling it in. First thing I go to record is life insurance info, but there seems to be no place dedicated to that. I found car, medical, and homeowner insurance. This seems like a big thing to overlook for a (potential) end-of-life resource. The book is uncluttered and fairly easy to navigate.

The Perfect Solution
I ordered this book in paperback format so I can have all my ICE information in one place. It's comprehensive, well-organized and just the book I've needed for a very long time. My children and grandchildren are scattered throughout the U.S. For years I've tried without success to organize my ICE information so it's handy for them. Thank you, Vicki Hinze, for delivering the perfect solution! I highly recommend this book.
