Beautiful puzzle/missing piece/STELLAR customer service
We love the picture of the puzzle; the dramatic colors and patterns are lovely. However, there is one piece missing and a search of the entire surrounding area has not turned up the missing piece. The puzzle box was opened on 6/13/24. UPDATE 8/6/24 FOLLOWING THE ABOVE REVIEW, I contacted the New York Puzzle Company via email regarding the missing piece. They responded promptly, apologized for the issue and gave clear instructions telling me what information they needed to fix the problem. I did as they said and a new puzzle is on its way. Stellar customer service; thank you NYPC!
