These snack packs are a fantastic pick me up if you want to have a light snack between meals, especially if you are particularly active. There’s a little protein, fat, and carbohydrates across a variety of ingredients. The dried fruit isn’t overly sweet. The roasted chickpea also adds a nutritious nuttiness. I’m glad I bought these. They are perfect for road trips, hiking, conference travel, a brief respite when you have back to back meetings, or an alternative to high calorie bad decision.

I have purchased this item numerous times and there are usually 2 or 3 whole walnuts in each of the 8 individual packages. Well, I opened all eight little bags and there were only 2 walnuts total in 2 out of the 8 little bags. It was like an episode of "The Lucy Show" where the person on assembly line wasn't quick enough to put the walnuts in each bag? I realize that was a joke but honestly no walnuts. Very disappointed. And I really like the whole combination. The picture shows a bowl of six packages opened with an inordinate amount of almonds and dried cranberries but only1 walnut. What happened?
