High quality ingredients - Methylfolate and Omega DHA + EPA
I did a lot of research (and tried a few others..) before landing on this prenatal. I love how high quality these are. Being pregnant for the first time in my 30s, I focus a lot on making sure everything I take is optimized for absorption. The folate and omega DHA + EPA stood out to me the most from this perspective. It does smell a little when I first open the packet, but I take them right after lunch with some juice which has helped a lot. I can tell these are high quality because I'm not burping or getting heartburn from this. I'll take the earthier smell to avoid that.

Convenient packaging but hard to swallow.
Update: YOU CANNOT RETURN! I received a brand new package today that I definitely won't be taking and it won't let me return, even though Amazon states that anything bought with prime adheres to their return policy - it won't let me! These are so disgusting my pigs wouldn't eat them!I read the reviews that mentioned the smell and thought it couldn't be that bad.. well it is. I hold my breath & still gag while trying to take these. And then you get to burp it up. I chose this brand because it had everything needed in one convenient package, that is easy to throw in your purse & not have to carry around a pill box. The methylated folate was important, as was the DHA, EPA, choline, zinc and copper. Overall it is a good compilation of many nutrients needed. However, I would've liked to have seen higher levels of the choline, vitamin E, D and B6. As a mom that had had many losses I researched prenatals extensively. My top 3 were this brand, Ovaterra and Ritual. Due to the smell I will not be purchasing these again and I will try Ritual next.

Quality brand, Great products across the board
Quality brand and great products across the board. In my health journey I've done lots of research and listened to many podcasts which led me to become very ingredient oriented. I heard great things about the Perelel brand and started by trying the mango lemonade hydration powder for energy, which I now have daily. Their products have become my go to gift for friends and family. This 1st trimester vitamin pack has handy daily packets and great ingredients. The Amazon bag packaging did cause the box to get slightly crushed but all packets are accounted for.

NOT FOR SENSITIVE STOMACHS!
This product was great with all the vitamins included in the pack BUT the smells is awful! A very heavy smell that cause me to be even more nauseous than before. As well as I believe the dosage was too as it did give me an upset stomach and cause me to vomit it out.

I don’t understand the bad reviews
Sure they smell funny. When they go down, there’s a small taste that lasts 2 seconds. They don’t make you feel worse. They aren’t difficult to swallow. But what they do offer is value and quality. I don’t have to worry that the vitamins I’m taking aren’t cutting it. These have everything you need. So, healthy baby outweighs the smell and taste that goes away in seconds. But maybe that’s just me!

Terrible smell & taste
I like the ingredients & their purpose but the taste and smell of these is horrible. They smell like cat pee mixed with fish. I have to choke them down everyday with juice. Definitely stay away if you have a sensitive stomach in the first trimester. I really wanted to love this brand but will have to go with something else when this pack runs out.

Love it
I loved this product and how safe it is to use during first trimester of pregnancy. This is definitely a must to get all your nutrients and vitamins. It’s everything I was looking for in a prenatal vitamin pack!

These taste and smell horrible
I wanted to like these because they seem to have all the right ingredients but there is nothing worse tasting and smelling. They are so bad I’m not sure how anyone toughs them out especially being one of the more expensive prenatals. I’ve never had an issue with the taste of medication or vitamins. I haven’t been nauseas in pregnancy before but these made me nauseas and i could taste them the rest of the day. Would not recommend to anyone.
