These lights work AMAZING, I've placed them on the side of the house that pretty much gets sun all day and boy are they nice and bright! They make the house look so attractive and inviting, without too much glitz. We made them Red, White, and Blue for 4th of July and we'll be making them Red & Green for Christmas. Too fun!

The lights initially worked well with 2\8 of them not lasting thru the night after full sun during the day. Now (8 months later) 1 of the weak ones does not come on at all and another light has stopped working completely. I tried to find contact info for Lainglome customer service to ask if they would replace under warranty (stated 24 months) but can not find an email\phone number anywhere. Many reviews state great CS but hard to believe when there is no available access. Other lights work very well and would be 5 stars if they all worked.Update: Customer Service reached out to me and offered a full refund for the light set. I will use it to order a new set and up my rating to 5 stars. Thanks Lainglome for backing up your product!

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: Originally I wrote that I love these lights, and I continue to do so. BUT beware of battery life. One of the lights went out within about 3 months of purchase. I opened up the case to discover they do not use the kind of batteries that are replaceable. They have soldered wires on each end of the battery, so soldering required to replace. It simply isn't worth it. In addition, the battery had an expiration date months prior to my purchase date, so expired before I even installeld. Since the lights go across my privacy fence I cannot simply switch style or they wouldn't match with the others. I bought the smaller 2 pack to replace the old and fingers crossed that this one lasts longer. If it doesn't, I'll bite the bullet and spend the money for another brand.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I absolutely love these lights. I placed them all along my privacy fence and they provide the perfect amount of ambiance. If you’re looking for something to light up the yard, this isn’t it. But it’s the perfect amount of aura for a chill evening on the patio, this is great. Only reason not 5 stars is because I’m writing 2 days after the install. I haven’t had much time to be sure nothing goes wrong.

If I could, I would put up 3 more boxes of these lights along my fence. The ambiance is amazing. They've transformed my backyard into an oasis at night. If they were a bit cheaper, I'd be buying more. They aren't as bright as the photo might show but its bright enough to notice whatever the light is shining on.

I have been searching for lights for our fence in the backyard and there are so many to choose from. I did pick these based on the reviews that I read and I’m very happy that I went with these particular lights. You have two ways to put them on your fence, you can either use the two sided tape that comes with them or screw them in. I chose to use the two sided tape because of the type of fence we have. The tape is very durable and they have already been through a few rain storms. They really brighten up the backyard, which makes it easy to see the dogs when they are out. There are also three different light settings, depending on if you want a soft light or a bright white light . You can also do a combination between the two. I have them on the brightest setting. They are good quality and I highly recommend.

So I've had these up for about a little over a week now, I wanted to wait before I put this review up until I had them going to see how they did.First off super impressed that Every single one of the 24 (3 boxes of 8) solar lights that I ordered worked straight out of the box (literally came charged). I thought for sure there would be at least one that would be bad. Definitely a nice surprise. They also appear to be pretty good quality, for what they are and for their cost.There's two options for mounting them, you can use the double-sided heavy duty tape that they send with it, or the screws that they send with it. I used the screws since they were going to be exposed to the weather pretty heavily. The screws are cheap but they send you a couple extras for when you strip them out LOL.I bought the white lights, so there's three settings. In the video you can see one of the lights is on the wrong setting, but it's also kind of helpful because you can see what one of the other settings looks like. There's a rubberish button on the bottom that you push, there's a white light, an old style yellowish light, and then a mixture of the two which is what we did for most of the yard except that one LOL.Anyway they're not going to light up your whole yard, but they light up a pretty good Circle at the base of every post. They charge even on the overcast days, and they seem to have lights on until morning.Since I've had them up we've had three days of rain, and the rest were days that were sunny and bright. They all still work after all the rain (and there was a lot of rain), and they still charged even though it was overcast and cloudy.One last thing that was a pleasant surprise is that some of my fence posts are a little crooked from some wind storms that we've had, and I was concerned that that would mess up the lighting. Amazingly it didn't. They all look really good even on the bent fence posts. Just wanted to throw that in there for all you guys that are about to go out there with your drill and put these things up.I'm going to wait here about another week, and if they're still going strong I will be buying another box to finish off the areas of the fence behind the shed and that I didn't get with the first 24.So far I recommend these lights, I will update this if anything changes, if you don't see an update, they're still working. I'm posting this on May 10th 2024.Edit * July 14th, they're still going strong! No change to the review, and we've had some pretty wild weather this summer that they survived! Still recommend!

Nice looking lights. I do wish they were a tad bit brighter but ultimately they light up areas where we didn't have light before. In the pictures I have added the lights look MUCH MUCH brighter than they really are. Installing them was easy because the manufacturer sends stickers with where each screw needs to go to ensure perfect installation. In the pictures we have our lights set at the warm/cool light combination.
