California Road & Recreation Atlas - 12th Edition, 2024 (Benchmark)

We use this CA Atlas so heavily that our existing one was reduced to tatters. This new one is spiral bound, which makes it more convenient to use. In addition, we bought separately the transparent cover and it fits, even tho spiral bound. Benchmark makes great atlases.

Bought my copy in early 2000s. Good books and documents never go out of style. Buying for a friend's Christmas present for the city and the outback. High definitions of highways, roads, dirt roads, trails, forest roads. Details other important side topic atlas and gazetteer knowledge.

Great map for planning and driving! I love these maps as they are large and detailed making adventure planning easier. Cell service isn't available everywhere so it's nice to have a map in the car when you are out of your normal area. It makes for a great planning tool that everyone can see!

Atlas came in large box and the book has damaged corners. Should have been packaged better. Almost looks used. Maps are very detailed and you may need a magnifying glass to read.

Best Atlas that shows campgrounds

Very nice Atlas… For those of you under the age of 45 an Atlas is a book with roadmaps in it; like your GPS that never turns off! It’s also way bigger than your phone or your pad. Also, please note that if you touch the side of the page, it does not turn. You have to physically move the page to either the left or the right to see the next map.

Love the spiral binder

Very very happy for the deal - fast delivery and the map is extremely clear and easy to navigate, even for a beginner like us .

Brilliant, small to read but very detailed allowed us to navigate a 24 day drive through California we needed a magnifying glass but we are both over 70!
