OMG KITCHENS OF INDIA IS MY FAV. Nuf said. Haven't met a flavor I don't like. The blue cashew included packet and the green spinach are of course the mildest ones. I LOVE how so many of the other flavors have a real well-bodied/complex kick to them where I need to spread it out w rice which allows a more filling AND flavorful meal. Makes microwave/sicko living as a disabled person LITERALLY more palatable. The mashed veggies (Pav Bhaji)--for those of you who like me are NOT Indian or still learning Indian dishes, espeically as this is less common in the US on the East Coast anyway-- is deeelish. Basically a chunky veggie puree or you could think of as a dliutable "vegetable gravy" (!) with seriously complex spicy flavor to it. I like to use to pull together SO many otherwise bland meals (eg, leftover rice + can of salmon/tuna + this means zero other thought about flavor bc the flavor carries the whole meal nicely). Flavor is redolent of maybe mango leaf powder? You won't like if you can't take at least medium kick with a teeny bit of astringency. The orange heavier cardboard boxes which I presume to be more typical of Indian manufacturing honestly reminds me of how cardboard boxes were when I was an 80s/90s child here in the US.

Korma was awful terrible way too much cumin; threw it away after I spit out 1 bite. Hot as heck meaning way to spicy for 1 pepper, when it needs classified as 2 peppers medium (NOT mild, and far from it; possibly 3-peppers-level spicy?). Very disappointed I could detect zero coconut flavor most kirma usually have-/ but was so spicy, and gritty grainy, I spit it out; couldn’t even eat the 2 lil’ pieces cheese were too soaked in hot chili oil. Palak also too much cumin, decent but slightly nauseating flavor and flavor level. Acceptable though overall, just passable, a grade C+, maybe B-. I got the 1 supposed medium level out of the way 1st since I dislike overly spicy hot food and very much love their Pahlavi; great with bread like pictured. Would not buy the variety again because korma was crap. Would only buy the Palahvi by itself because of this. So 1 great, 1 so-so/decent, & 1 was crappy-o-la.

I hoping this was going to be a tasty quick microwave lunch meal. It turned out to be quick but tasty it was not. Very runny, spices were ok, but it was more a soup and not a very good tasting one. I tried 2 of the 3 mails and the same results each time.

Tasty, and easy to re-heat - just one minute in the microwave. I often eat right from the bag. The ingredients are those that I would use myself if cooking from scratch and any home cook would have access to.

The price was lower this time and the flavors are rich! Delicious vegetarian food, great with naan, at your fingertips! Yum!

Having a craving for Indian food though only eating lentils and butter chicken once, this deal was tasty! Very quick prep. Goes well with a non beef protein like fish or chicken. The spinach paneer was tops
