This is one of my favorite flavored protein. Goes well with milk obviously but I prefer to whisk it with lowfat greek yogurt and cut some apples to make a nice high protein dessert dip with. Protein is expensive these days but this is one of the best economical protein powders you could get. Easy way to hit your protein goals.

Great taste. Use in Greek yogurt and coffee. Must mix in water before putting in coffee but great for protein coffee.

Great flavor. Hard to mix with something in blender tho

It works, the quality is good, it keeps me full, and it's an easy way to get protein for sure. My only problem was the taste. DO NOT get Cinnamon Roll flavor. Besides that, it's great :)

I bought the chocolate and it tasted very good. It mixes well in water, milk and almond milk. A little chalky taste but just a very little. I will ordering this again.
