Couldn't work on my reolink camera and they keep charging me $23.99 even though I have canceled it stay away from this place

This has free 200 mb per month, not 500 mb like I have on another data plan. I guess the 500 mb plan doesn't exist anymore unless grandfathered in.

I bought this thinking it would be similar to the LTE SIM that used to be (but is no longer) available here. It is not; one major difference is that this SIM seems to connect to Verizon, whereas the LTE SIM is AT&T.The second major difference: this SIM doesn't work – at all – on any device I have tried: multiple cell phones, tablets and hotspots.There are no APN editing instructions on FreedomPop's site, so I assume this is supposed to work with the default after activating; it doesn't, however. Unfortunate.

I have been using FreedomPop LTE SIM for 1 year and a half now and I am very satisfied. The coverage is great and the call quality is good. There are several plans to satisfy everyone's need starting from 0$/month up. With the free plan you get 200min talk, 500 texts and 200MB. Up to 500 extra MB can be obtained connecting with FreedomFriends. You need to set the correct APN and download their messaging app in order to make calls, text and use internet. All calls and texts between Freedompop users are free. Make sure to spend some time and set up your account according to your needs and usage.I would definitely command Freedompop for medium/moderate users.

Did not work

I have two FreedomPop accounts with paid service which with unlimited call and text. But, once all of your data is used (say 500M or 1G, or 2G depend on you plan), all remain phone call or texting feature will be SUSPENDED. Which mean, you CANNOT make call unless you have access to local WiFi. To prevent this problem, you must choose automatic “Top Up” feature which permit FreedomPop auto refill your data, but they are quite expensive.I really hate that when the FreedomPop suspend my phone, I CANNOT make any call without WiFi (I have strong AT&T signal here, but it is no use). I try to add “Top Up” credit, and it does not work for me at the same time. And, if I need to access customer service on the phone, you need to pay for the service too.It is very difficult to get technical support. I am a very frustrated, disappointed, and angry custom who is using FreedomPop now.
