Miss the starting thruster but overall a very good product and plenty of power to tackle hills.

The bike arrived, I assembled it they sent me the wrong battery and took 5 weeksto replace it making me pay for shipping which they said they would refund but only partialy refunded me. When I finaly got the correct battery the horn and light didn't work. I took the bike out and in under 10 miles on the road it displayed an error code and stopped working so I had to finish the journey with no power(which defeats the object of buying an electric bike). I decided to send the bike back, to which the seller agreed. I carefully repackaged it and again had to arrange and pay for shipping and sent video and photos of the condition(the only war was a small amount on the tyres which is to be extected after even one short journey). When they got it back they claimed that I had lies about the condition and faults, saying that the forks were buckled and there was no error code. they then said that they would take money off of he refund and they would not refund the shipping so in the end I was £300 out of pocket and still don't have a working electric bike. Avoid this seller like the plague

Battery stopped working after using for 2nd time. Showing fully charged but no power. Wanted to return for refund but the hassle I have had has been very stressful. It's within the 28 day period but I have had to pay £80 postage to return it and they said I might not get a full refund if once they have checked it. They accused me of using it everyday and therefore no longer new but used. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER This had left me very stressed.UPDATE!Since returning the bike to the requested address in London there have been 3 attempted deliveries but nobody there to accept the returned bike. They have ignored my messages and phone calls.Looking at other reviews I agree this is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLERANOTHER UPDATESeller now has the bike and has sent us pictures of a bike which is not the one I sent back. It has paint missing on the framework and he said the tires are worn from a lot of use. He also said there was nothing wrong with the battery.He basically said I was lying 🤥 I took photos of everything before it went back because I new this would happen. No mention of any refund either.This seller should be removed from Amazon.

Really good my lad uses for work

Battery capacity is poor needs a charge every other day ( bike used every day for 4-6 miles).Would like the seller to please get in touch regarding possible battery replacement.

The battery life is very poor and the bike is very heavy for an electric bike. So slow on the way and it’s pedal assisted. It’s is such a waste for the value.
