I purchased the PORLEI Wired Trackball Mouse to replace my trusted, long-serving Logitech trackball, a mouse I absolutely loved. I'm always hesitant to switch input devices, but I am thrilled to report that the PORLEI trackball has not only matched my expectations but exceeded them, becoming my new favorite mouse. It is just as comfortable and responsive as my previous model, maintaining the ergonomic thumb control that makes trackballs so superior for long work sessions. Highly recommended, better than advertised, up to 1600 dpi, not just 1200. Beautiful shifting color light that you can turn off if you don't like. Less expensive and better resolution than competitor. Manual not as good as it should be, doesn't say what the two buttons on the left are, but I probably won't use them anyway. Works very well. I love the size, and that it is wired so it doesn't run out of battery and stop working.

It works well right out of the box. I’ve used other trackballs and this works as well as any of at a great price. The dual USB A/C capability makes it able to work on all my machines. The light strip is a nice feature. Happy with the purchase.

I have been using this daily for several months. It works well and keeps the tendinitis in my wrist from acting up.

Nice mouse, very smooth and quick. If I turn off my computer or the power goes out, the mouse doesn't reboot, can't go to settings and fix it either. Have to unplug it and replug it in. Updating drivers doesn't work either. There are frequently major glitches with chinese stuff, at least that's my experience. I usually choose American made for this reason.

I like a trackball. I used wireless but sometimes it does not work. I went to a trackball because I had no room for a large mousepad. When I saw that a wired trackball, that solved two problems. I no longer needed a mousepad and wired was more dependable. This was after I reverted to a wired keyboard. So far, I have not found a good keyboard, but the one I have is more dependable than the wired one.

Ordered for my 10 year old. He told someone this was his favorite possession. It worked fantastic right out of the box. I glanced at the reviews and they were equally wonderful. Until they’re not. His mouse stopped working right after the return window was up. He loved it so much that I had to replace it. I suspect his may have been weakness in the connection of the cord to the mouse from being moved around, my son uses it with a laptop for school, maybe it would last longer if it was stationary on a desk? I had to replace his favorite possession. Thankfully there relatively inexpensive. Still sucks to rent it for a month for $25. It won’t let me write a separate review for the 2nd one. So far so good with #2. If this one craps out, I’ll go to a different brand.
