These are super. If you feel a bit stressed, take as directed and all of a sudden you justfeel more at ease. Will definitely keep in my house.

This works for me in as little as 10 minutes I would say. It helps me in situations that make me just a tad bit anxious for example when I have to attend meetings in small rooms (claustrophobia), or riding in a car for more than 15 minutes at a time. It takes the edge off for me. I'm thankful that I've found something that helps make life a bit more normal.

It provides the same relaxation that prescription meds do.

Supposedly helps my husband, does nothing for me. It doesn't interact with anything it says, so maybe it will help you, worth a shot.
