The cushion is well made and works exactly how it should. Makes driving on long trips much more comfortable.

This lumbar support pillow is well shaped and it flexible enough to contour to any chair. The interior materials feel sturdy and the outer fabric is well constructed and thick. It fit well in the driver's side seat of my car and provided robust lumbar support. The foam is thick and depresses over time but can feel a bit too dense upon initial use (some break in time and re-positioning to the optimal position is needed). Overall it does the job and makes my driver's seat significantly more comfortable, but if you're a smaller person or do not need a large pad you may prefer a smaller or softer support nad.

I got two of these for both front seats - I didn’t use the straps to attach them as I like to reposition them every so often for comfort. Great for long drives I thought the price was good so I purchased two. The support is good, I get lower back pain when driving for long periods of time. Im fairly thin so I feel like they are a little big/thick for me but nothing that would cause me not to use them. Helps relieve lower back pain.

I have a condition called kyphosis or curvature of the spine which has gradually developed as I age. As a consequence I experience lower lumbar pain if I have to drive any distance. The lumbar pad has provided the firmness and support I need. I’m very pleased with comfort the pad provides.

It took me a little while and getting the position on the car seat. It only had a single strap that goes around the back of the car seat. The problem with only one strap, it moves around and your always having to position (doesn't take long), but it is kinda a pain when your just trying to get in the car and go.It's big, perhaps to big for little cars, so it feels like it's pushing you into the steering wheel sometimes. Might want to get the measurement of the size and thickness off the site just to check it will work for you.

The Civic Type R actually comes with really comfortable Recaro seats. But like many car seats, they don't have great lumbar support. The toughest part is to find the right product that works with racing seats, since these seats don't fall into the larger generic category. I gave this lumbar cushion a try. The straps do fit around the seats, but I would still adjust things slightly as I get in. I used to get lower back soreness in an one-hour stop-n-go traffic drive in a work commute. With these cushion, I drove 6 hours (with breaks every two hours) from SoCal to NorCal and felt great outside of fatigue from the drive. As we can see in the photo, I got a second cushion for the passengers. I think buying a second unit answers the biggest question about this product.

I have a spinal fracture in my lower back and this gives good support just where I need it; alleviates the discomfort of sitting. I am using it in my office chair and in my car. Not too bulky and surprisingly well made for the price.
