Good value, good quality
Very pleased with the image/video quality as well as the battery life. One of the better cameras I’ve used over the years. Especially for the price. Bought more.

I love this camera!
I love this camera! I wish I had gotten the solar one but the picture quality is great! It's very easy to use with the app. The sound quality is great as well! It's not super sensitive with the motion detection. It detects people but not animals. It always connects easy too unlike my back door camera that's a different brand. It seems to have a pretty good storage space as well so far after using for a few months now. The only downside is you can't move this one around to look around with the app but you can manually move it where you need it.

Nice addition to security system
I have multiple Eufy cameras and am generally pleased with them. Ordered this to provide some cross coverage.First note, make sure you update the app. Until I did so, I was experiencing all sorts of issues. Once updated, everything appears to be working. The Eufy lineup has grown confusing. S series. C series, other naming conventions. Some support eufy home-base, some support eufy cloud, some support both. Many work with only certain versions of home-base. I realize thechnology advances, but a clearer naming convention would be helpful.I first tried setting this up with cloud only. It successfully installed but I could not do live view. That may have been due to older software version. It was not working with my old home-base 1, so I ordered a new home-base 3 which it seems to work well with. The cost of the new homebase and an SDD is bit more than a year of EufyCloud, so it should pay for itself eventually. Note the Solocam 40 does not currently work with homebase although Eufy claims it will in the future.Video quality is very good. The features for motion detection and zones all work nicely as do the alerts.I do not understand how people review these based on solely pictures of unit sitting in the box. This review is of an installed system. I will update if anythingchanges.

These are great!
Cheaper than ring. No monthly access - videos go to the app and if I need to save they go to my camera gallery. I can share from there. Setup and install were easy - handled myself. One covers half my 1.6 acre back yard and can see in the barn. The other covers the other half of my back yard. May get a couple of add ins to cover the front where the doorbell doesn't get. A little too sensitive, though. I get notifications for bees and gravel dust clouds. Also picks up my dog as a human. This reduces battery life but it may just be a setting. I have it on super sensitive setting at the moment. Virtually invisible where I have it unless you are looking for it. Wish it had a little better adjustment so I could put it in a corner and adjust the covered area a little better, but all in all a good purchase! Probably need 4 or 5 to cover the whole house outside.

Keep looking if you want WIFI with ONVIF and RTSP Capabilities
Yes, this camera supports connection-over-WIFI (as opposed to only to the proprietary hub), as stated in the description. BUT, it can only communicate to the Eufy App and MUST be able to communicate to the Internet (Call home, report, collect, spy etc.) or it stops working. I know, I blocked its access to the internet via firewall and it completely stopped working shortly thereafter and refused to be re-configured to the local WIFI when its MAC address was assigned the same DHCP IP address I blocked at the firewall, "Could not connect to WIFI" it lied. NO, it does not support ONVIF or RTSP, so you cannot use this, or any Eufy camera?, with your favorite third-party application/software that you currently use for your other, less restricted, cameras. In short, become "one of us" and adopt the entire ecosystem, spies and all, or look elsewhere. Many vendors have shifted completely to this how-can-we-make-things-better-for-us model, so choices have become very small indeed. I'm still looking. Good luck.

Good Camera
I use this camera with a solar panel. Works great and the night vision is some of the better I've seen. I can hear if any issues arrive and motion detection tends to pick everything up.

No complaints
Clean camera quality. App is easy to use. Charging them to full battery takes longer than then actually setting them up and installing them. Great value

Great performance, useful without a subscription fee
I'm a big fan of these cameras. The video quality is great - I've never thought it lacked definition. More importantly, the battery life is months long, depending highly on your notification settings. And I love that Eufy (so far) keeps the functionality high without requiring a monthly fee. Much better than my Ring, which is useless without paying monthly.
