I bought this rolling pin as a replacement for my American-style rolling pin; when I used that pin it felt like the handles would break off, and it was more challenging to transfer pie crusts to my pie plate. This one is made of beautiful solid wood. It is really lightweight and doesn’t take up much space, unlike a lot of larger and bulkier rolling pins. It is really easy to clean with just a wet paper towel. It doesn’t stick to the dough, and because it doesn’t have handles you don’t have to worry about them falling off. So far I’ve only used this rolling pin for making puff pastry, and it rolled out the dough beautifully. I love how this rolling pin feels under my hands. And the price was just right. I highly recommend this rolling pin!

Best decision ever! I’ve always had a love hate relationship with rolling pins but this is the version! So easy to roll things with, amazing wooden quality, super easy to clean but I clean it right away after use. I have small hands but the thickness wasn’t too thick for me to use I had no issues.

Beautiful French rolling pin. This is exactly as described and what I wanted. It is very thin as described. The wood is gorgeous. It is very smooth and works well. It is extra long for the bread and cookie bakers. I would highly recommend. I find no cons on this purchase.
