Doctor Recommended But Pricey
My doctor recommended this to add fiber intake. I was first stunned at the price because it is not just taking one or two tablets a day. The directions read take four or five tablets TWICE a day so the bottle really does not last that long. Secondly, it took about two weeks before I finally noticed a difference. Since mid-January, I have purchased three bottles. I will probably keep buying until I can find a comparable product at a much more reasonable price. I do not need to buy the name.
