I've been taking this product daily for over a year and it works well! I have histamine intolerance and need to be extremely careful with supplements and their ingredients. This one has not caused any issues for me at all. I have read that some people can get "loose" when first taking mag oxide, thankfully I have not had that issue! 😆 I was disappointed @mazon took it off subscribe and save bc that was very convenient. I take 2-3 capsules daily so the 365 thing doesn't last me the year. Anyway, very pleased with this product!

You research to find the best possible product based on description and reviews which I realize I cannot trust. These vitamins when opened, were all stuck together, some of the capsules were opened with the product all over the other capsules. It definitely was an inferior product with no quality control. I was refunded and I threw the complete bottle away.

I got severely ill after taking this form of Magnesium. Nausea, dizziness & stomach cramps.Doctor said Magnesium Oxide is not well tolerated by most people.
