I stepped on a toy car and accidentally crushed it. I plan on using these for the upcoming asphalt season. I'm over heavy work boots. I hope the heat resistant sole holds up for at least the summer/fall months. Most $300 work boots only last one year in this industry. I'm an equipment operator so mine last a little longer than the ground guys. Time will tell, but I plan on another pair once I blow these out.

Fit is true. Super comfortable. Would be a good boot for a forklift operator but not a heavy equipment mechanic. Less than a month old. Coating on toes comes off easily. Strings pull through the eyelets. Returnig and getting the other Puma boots I normally wear.

Boots were stiff and needed inserts from the beginning. They are lightweight so that's good. The resin toe cap is very thin. You can start to scrape the stuff off on your first day of hard work. They were OK, but not worth the money.
